addresses and website information on our secure servers. Your contact information
is never displayed to the public and is kept private. So there is no chance of disclosure

Terms Relating to Service of RankReady

All the members are required to provide a reciprocal link to at the time of registration
at RankReady. This link should be displayed on index page of their website.

RankReady.com provides users with a Reciprocal Link Exchange Directory Service.
You understand and agree that
the use of this service will include certain communications from RankReady.com
and from other member websites such as link exchange requests, service announcements,
and private messages, and that these communications are considered part of the RankReady.com
membership and you will not be able to opt out of receiving them (You can customize
certain settings for communication and link exchange requests).

RankReady.com will not accept sites that have inappropriate content. i.e.
the content that is unlawful, harmful, pornographic, threatening, abusive, harassing,
tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or racially, ethnically, religiously or otherwise offensive. Sites that are deemed
inappropriate will be subject to termination without a refund of any subscription
paid.

To qualify for RankReady.com, your site must have a link page or link directory
page that can be reached from your home page by 1st click. If the link page used
for reciprocating links cannot be reached within the stated number of clicks, your
account will be subject to termination without refund. Our link exchange members
do NOT appreciate being linked to through unindexed pages or unreachable pages.
You may make a case to us in writing if your link page has a significant page rank
and is not directly linked to your home page.

You will receive a user name and password upon completion of Service's registration
process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password
and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your
password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify RankReady.com of
any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security,
and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.

All the information and contents are the sole responsibility of the person from
which such Contents originated. This means that you are entirely responsible for
all the contents that you post (that includes private messages, articles and any
other content that you make public). RankReady.com doesn’t include any responsibility
for such material.
You understand that by using the
Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable.
Under no circumstances will RankReady.com be liable in any way for any unpleasant
content.

You agree that RankReady.com may, under certain circumstances and without
prior notice, immediately terminate your RankReady.com account and access
to the Service. Cause for such termination may include (i) breaches or violations
of the TOS or other incorporated agreements or guidelines (ii) requests by law enforcement
or other government agencies,
(iii) a request by you (self-initiated
account deletions), (iv) unexpected technical or security issues or problems (v)
you have engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities, and/or nonpayment of any fees
owed by you in connection with the Services.

has no control over such sites, you acknowledge and agree that RankReady.com
is not responsible for the availability of such external sites. You further agree
that RankReady.com shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly,
for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use
of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on/or through any
such site or resource.

TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE
OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

you with notices, including those regarding changes to the Term of Service, by either
email or postings on the Service.
